Letter from Publisher Dear Friends in Christ,
This is something that this city does not already have, and in asking enough people about it, is a definite “need” here. This will help to connect Churches around the city, to help unify the Body of Christ through community events, and give people a source to go to for Christian Happenings around the city. We have enough Magazines telling us where the best “nightclubs” around town are, wouldn’t you agree? It’s about time we let the light of Christ shine and let people know where they can go to get truly fed !!! This vision is to see the lost saved and the already born-again believer living a victorious life. Too many of God’s people are living such defeated lives and don’t realize their covenant that they have with God Almighty. Satan would love to keep all of us in the dark regarding our rights and authority in Jesus, which is exactly what he’s been doing for thousands of years. He’s a deceiver, and if we’ll “accept” that poverty and sickness are “just a part of life”, then he’ll make sure to keep us there. He knows that if we learn the truth of God’s Word concerning such areas, that we can become very powerful in the Kingdom b I have a passionate love for God’s Word and deep desire to see God’s people healed, prosperous, delivered and changed! This magazine will minister strongly in the areas of Walking in Love, Faith, Healing, Prosperity and Honor through articles by well-known anointed men and women of the Gospel such as Kenneth & Gloria Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Hagin, Keith Moore, Jerry Savelle and more… Our vision is to proclaim the truth and the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with excellence… Challenging Christians to live victoriously, grow spiritually and know God intimately! There will be a prayer of salvation in every issue for the person desiring to give their lives to the Lord, and we are praying for MANY!!! In praying about the many questions and details that are part of this whole project, the Lord showed me the skyline of the city at night with all the beautiful lights and quickened my spirit with these words, “These lights represent the people of this city…PRAY for the people of this city…this magazine will have a powerful impact upon this city…!” Then the Lord reminded me of Abraham and how great a faith he had in the promise of God for a son. The Lord gave him a “verbal word”, but knew he would stagger…so He gave him a “visual reminder” of that promise in the vast amount of stars in the sky that represented the amount of descendants he would have.
This business is operating under Godly principles. In studying Matthew 6:33, a well quoted scripture, it says to “seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness”- (His ways of doing and being right)…One of His “ways” of doing things right, is to stay out of debt. After much prayer over “how” to get started in this venture (financially), He reminded me of my commitment to Him to get out of debt and stay out of debt.
That system was officially established and recognized as an ordinance of God in 1 Samuel 30. There we find David and the men who fought under his command in hot pursuit of the Amalekites who had plundered their homes and taken captive their families. In order to overtake their enemy, David’s men had embarked on a grueling military maneuver known as a forced march. That’s a march under pressure, which involves moving the most men and equipment as far and as fast as possible, while remaining battle ready at all times. It’s a tough assignment, and by the time David’s men reached the brook Besor, 200 of them were too exhausted to go on. David instructed the weary ones to remain behind and guard the supplies. Then he and the rest of the men went on across, found the Amalekites, and - by the power of God - jerked the slack out of them! They not only defeated the army and recovered all their own possessions, they took what belonged to the Amalekites as well. So when they came back across the Besor, they brought with them great spoil! When the fighting men rejoined the 200 others, however, some of them didn’t want to share the rewards of that war with those who had stayed behind. “Because they went not with us, we will not give them aught of the spoil that we have recovered,” they said. It was at that moment that David, a man after God’s own heart, officially established the principle of partnership. 1 Samuel 30:23-25 (King James Version) Ye shall not do so, my brethren, with that which the Lord hath given us…but as his part is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike. And it was so from that day forward, that he made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel unto this day.
Your money helps to pay for the millions of dollars it takes in television air time across the globe, it pays for the supplies that they need, the staff it takes to run a Worldwide Ministry, etc…The Gospel is free, but it takes money to get it preached! And, your reward is just as great as theirs is themselves. Even though they are the ones actually doing the traveling and preaching, we are all partakers of the reward equally for the souls that are saved due to their Ministry.
I pray that you will see this thing in the supernatural and see how God is developing it. Souls that are saved due to this ministry, The Covenant Connection Magazine, and Believers that are changed from the powerful faith-filled content, will be to your credit in God’s eyes!! The Lord told me to get this letter out into the hands of Spirit led people and He will do the rest. He will tug at the right heart at the right time if He is calling you to sow a gift into this Ministry. The needs are great, but we serve an even Greater God !!! Hallelujah!!!!!

The skyline of the city of Las Vegas is the visual reminder to me of the lives across this city that desperately need saved, restored, changed, delivered and set free!!! This magazine can put a serious “dent” in what Satan has been able to accomplish here for decades. We can take back our city!! We need a “tool” that people can pick up easily across the city that can share Jesus’ love. Not always will someone who is searching wander into a church on Sunday morning, but they can easily pick up a free magazine and get ministered to right there in the privacy of their own home!
